Privacy Policy<\/h3>\n

WeDoWebApps Ltd. provides IT solutions in the form of
\nServices and Products. Services based projects are entitled
\nto our clients’ property, having the full authorization and
\nknowledge about the services. Products should be charged
\nbased on the capital cost setting up in the environment and
\nthe maintenance support provided. Working on established
\nprojects requires code to access from the buyers, and it
\nshall remain their proprietary right to the property.<\/p>\n

In the case of products sold, WeDoWebApps has the
\nproprietary right to the property; therefore, no codebase
\nshall be shared. It is entitled only to maintenance and
\nsupport in the future based on the stipulated contracts
\namong both parties. WeDoWebApps has the right to decide the
\ntimeline and cost of a project based on:<\/p>\n

  • a) The depth of buyers’ requirements and the overall
    \nproject architecture.<\/li>\n
  • b) The frontend and backend technology used.<\/li>\n
  • c) Hosting services needed (if any).<\/li>\n
  • d) Future ongoing maintenance and support based on the
    \ndifferent hourly rates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Terms & Conditions<\/h3>\n

    Buyers’ requirements on one or many projects should be
    \nstipulated in a document that should be analyzed to produce
    \na Gantt chart. The same document should be followed to
    \nprovide project cost. The NDA-NCA document should be
    \nsigned before proceeding on any of the IT projects. The
    \nproposed budgets should be decided on the technology being
    \nused for developing the project, the number of resources
    \nrequested by the buyer or required in the project, and the
    \nexperience of the person working on the project.<\/p>\n

    Once decided, the cost could be split into breakdown
    \naccording to the timeline (1) to create milestones, and all
    \nthe signs needed to be funded in advance. In contrast,
    \nhourly based projects should be invoiced once the decided
    \nsprint is over. For hourly charges, the advance payments
    \nshould be funded in the invoice based on the mutual
    \nagreement for security purposes.<\/p>\n

    The Project Lead should update the projects to the buyer on
    \nthe daily or alternate day basis or as discussed in the case
    \nof long-term projects.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Refund & Cancellation policy<\/h3>\n

    Thanks for using our services. We regret any inconvenience
    \ncaused due to any concern related to us or not. If you wish
    \nto discontinue the services, we’re here to help you.<\/p>\n

    \nRefund:<\/span><\/p>\n

    A full amount refund is only approved in case there is no
    \nwork done on the projects. The buyer has to send a refund
    \nrequest via email at sales@WeDoWebApps.com, along with the
    \nreason within 7 calendar days of the invoice paid.<\/p>\n

    In case the results are not based on the documentation and
    \nNDA signed between the buyer and the company. Wedowebapps is
    \nsupposed to refund the last paid invoice amount after
    \ndeducting transaction fees. In the case, following the
    \nprocedure, the buyer must send an email for the refund at
    \nsales@wedowebapps.com, mentioning the reason within 7
    \ncalendar days of the invoice paid, or within 15 calendar
    \ndays of the delivery date.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Cancellation:<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    We never face cancellations, but in case there is any
    \nsituation arising subjected to cancellation of the project
    \nor milestone. Only the cancellation of projects’ decided
    \nbreakthroughs and future breakdowns shall be considered. If
    \nany cancellation is subjected to the ongoing work, then the
    \namount should be refunded after reducing the project’s
    \nhourly cost. Any milestone completed and cannot be
    \nconsidered for cancellation, and therefore, no cancellation
    \nshall be requested.<\/p>\n
